How Bone Broths Support Your Adrenals, Bones and Teeth

I make chicken broth/stock (you can imagine we have no end of raw material!) by simmering the bones along with some feet and a touch of cider vinegar for about 24 hours.  The bones are about half the volume by the time it’s done and the stock will set up into a nice gelatinous form.  Stock is one of the easiest things to make and is so good for you!

You can acquire chicken bones and feet from us.  They are well mineralized as the birds are raised on pasture and fed GMO free feed–all the best stuff for chickens!  I also have broth in the freezer, ready to use.  Ask us how you can add broth to your healthy eating plan!
