My Aunt Sue just sent me this article about the nation’s top chefs’ hopes in an Obama administration. It was pretty interesting as it brought to light many of the ideas that we’ve talked about. Especially interesting as the chefs who’ve bought our chickens have valued them for their outstanding quality and the fact that they are locally produced. The top chefs recognize the need for a sustainable food system, even though the big commodity food producers and distributors invest highly in training chefs to use their ordering system.
