Reserve your forage and small grain fed Mangalitsa Hog. GMO free. Final price will be $3.00/lb. of hanging weight, which is the weight of the animal chilled and ready to cut. Basic processing included in price, 75 cents per pound extra for bacon and ham. Average hanging weight about 225 lbs., depending on the individual animal. We will contact you regarding processing time frames and for cutting instructions.

An average pig, with average cutting choices, will yield approximately the following:

17# pork chops
6-8# collar steak, or 2  3# “coppa”s
20# bacon
4# ribs
28# hams:  roasts, ham steaks, or plain uncured roasts and steaks. This weight includes the bone.)
40# lard (includes leaf lard and back fat and trim lard.  Can be rendered and/or made into lardo)
20# sausage
a great deal of bones for soup stock if desired
