A quick way to make chicken everyone will love!

  • 3.5-4.0 pounds whole fryer chicken or bone in chicken parts
  • 0.5 pounds Mangalitsa pepper bacon
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Cut whole chicken into pieces.  Place all pieces into a 9x13 baking dish.

  3. Lay slices of bacon over the chicken pieces.

  4. Bake chicken in oven for one hour.  Bacon should be nicely browned, chicken skin tan, and the chicken juices should be clear if you poke a thigh or breast when everything's done.
